Executive Search Partner

Tanya joined Amrop South Africa in April 2005.

Tanya is an experienced Executive Search Professional with strong general management and consulting skills. Industry sectors where she has appointed executives include the public sector and parastatals, the mining sector, infrastructure and manufacturing and production industries.

She has advised various blue chip private and public sector organisations on talent management, coaching and mentoring, development of black talent, succession planning, human resources and resourcing strategies. Also, consulting on black empowerment, ownership and transformation issues.

Tanya completed an Honours Degree in Industrial Sociology at the University of Pretoria.
